Our bodywork is drawn from ancient techniques in "energy medicine" such as Zen Shiatsu, Bodymind Acupressure, and our workshops focus on the Five Elemental Theories of Chinese Medicine. We believe the use of these integrative methods are an evolutionary step to true healing and wellbeing. In addition to these services, we also offer lifestyle coaching, nutritional consultations, along with group seminars and workshops.
